Customer's reviews
Pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable about the various Mac models across the years, and reasonable rates.
I had a vintage iMac from 2009 with a dead GPU, and an old Retina Macbook Pro from 2013, which needed a new Keyboard, and an OS downgrade. Both were successfully done.
Chaitra handles the calls, sends invoices and coordinates with the Technicians. They are a small but well-coordinated team.
Surendra the technician got my MB Pro fixed quickly, and tried his best for the iMac (but parts were not available).
iCoreDotCom team is a professional unit, punctual and very reasonable (unlike other third party Apple products service shops, who seem to think and behave like they ARE a division of Apple Inc.)
Anyway, overall, i'm very happy with iCoreDotCom. Keep it up!

It was a rainy afternoon, and my MacBook's screen had just given up on me. I was on a tight deadline and couldn't afford to lose any time. A friend recommended iCore Dotcom's home service, and I decided to give it a try.
The technician arrived promptly with a smile, carrying the necessary tools and parts to replace the A2485 MacBook M1 chip screen. As he worked efficiently, we chatted about the latest tech trends and advancements in MacBooks. I was impressed by his expertise and knowledge of the various models, including the intricate details of the keyboard, battery, and motherboard.
In no time, my MacBook was as good as new, and I was back on track with my project. The convenience of having the service done at home was unmatched. I would highly recommend iCore Dotcom for anyone in need of a quick and reliable repair service.

I had a great experience here. My laptop suddenly stopped booting, and I was quite worried it might be a serious issue. I called them close to their closing time, and even though I arrived around 8:50 PM, they patiently waited and attended to my problem without any hesitation.
The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it within 10–15 minutes, and even cleaned my laptop properly. He did not try to overcharge or suggest unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated.
The service was quick, genuine, and very reasonably priced. It’s rare to find such honest and customer-focused service these days. Highly recommended for anyone facing laptop issues. Thank you for the excellent support!
